Hi, I joined slimming world 6 months ago and my rep hands out the half stone, and all the rest of them like 10%, slimmer of the month etc...and the stickers for the book too! Oh and sends congratulations cards through the post aswell! It's a really nice reward to get them and gives encouragement...

Very new to this and have been going to slimming world for the last few months...however totally needing to be strong at the mo as "the being good factor" is wearing a bit thin....
