    Now I'm really confused :( I made some chips by peeling 200g Maris pipers squirting with fry light and roasting. I put double the amounts in the calculator and it said 4 pp is this right?

    Thanks guys - think I've sussed it it's something to do with rounding the points up or down which is why there is a difference in points. I bought a calculator which makes things easier.

    Thanks robinhood - I bought the book and the recipe book and I'm still a lil confused, had scrambled eggs 2 turkey bacon rashers and the galette for breakfast today, that's more like it I'm stuffed. Chicken thighs are in the oven as we speak for snacking on so should get more protein in today
