    Fast today and boy do I need it. Major binge last night after couple of drinks so I will fast today and do an extra fast on Friday to make up for it. Stomach feels bloated and yukky so I doubt I will feel hungry today at least.

    I have been doing a great Wii game called Step to the beat , so far in around 2 weeks I have walked/marched around 40 miles and because it's so addictive I manage 10000 steps easily each day without getting bored.     What do you eat when you're low on cals but hungry?!

    snack a jack cheese .. the big ones as they are only 38 cals each or if I'm more peckish then a quorn ham (2 slices) sandwich using 2 WW danish bread slices and 1 laughing cow light triangle = 155 cals (or just do the same but use rye crackerbread instead for slightly lower cals :) )

    If your not eating the minimum calories (less than 1200 cals) per day then maybe your body is storing fat as your in a kind of starvation mode.. your body doesn't know when it is next getting cals so it stores fat just in case. I'm learning the hard way as I normally used to eat less than that...

    calories in a cup of tea?

    I'm not sure on tea but black coffee is about 5 cals and a 'splash' of milk was estimated at about 100ml so in skimmed milk that comes out at 35 cals so for a white coffee I would say 40 cals. I suspect plain tea is just the same as most people only count the milk and not the tea and coffee...

    I am being good the day before and the day I drink so I include the cals in my total so it's not a huge change and even though I seem to binge all my stuff is low cal and fat so even if the cals are higher than normal the fat tends to be well within my limit as I log my fat intake on Spark People :)

    thanks for the advice. I currently use Spark People to track my cals and exercise but I have had a quick look at MFP and I think I will use that as well for an extra boost of motivation and the tools. I'm also weighing everything so fingers crossed I will soon see some improvement in my weight.

    I would say.. don't worry about your cals too much just enjoy yourself. What I would do is split the cals between today and tomorrow and just do some extra exercise on Monday if you still feel you have overdone it.
