    Hi Nila, That menu sounds lovely but I would agree with what Pauline says. Also, I've found that I don't lose as much the following day after I've eaten smoked salmon - just due to the high salt content. But I do eat it - it's lovely with scrambled eggs. Good luck on your Dukan journey x

    Juat a thought - but I always put on (only 0.4 or so of a lb) the day after I've had smoked salmon. I presume it's because of the highter salt content.

    Hi! I'm not an expert - and I've fallen off the Dukan wagon over Xmas....so I won't answer your PV every day part of the question. BUT - now you're in Cruise you can have 1 tablespoon of Wheatbran every day (it's a tolerated item) which may help to solve your constipation issue.

    Hi OneTwoFour - you're menus sound lovely. Broccoli is fine on cruise, I have it a lot & cauliflour. I sometimes find that I'm a little hungrier after a PV day but not massively. I think it might vary from person to person.
