    I use the powders too. I did try making them up the night before but they tasted a bit stale. I think Taz's idea is a great one. When we were away for the day, I took meal bars and one of the Tesco own make shakes. I was ever so cheap and really lovely. I've not tried their powders though.

    Lost a pound this week!

    Yes Gemma, it is SF. I have 2 shakes or soup or meal bars a day plus a healthy meal in the evening and up to 2 snack bars or packets of SF crisps a day. I rarely have the snacks though, but it's nice to know they are there. It's a great way to lose weight and eat healthily too.
