    What can I add to my Cambridge ss meals?

    My cdc told me that i can add any herbs and spices to my soups. I cover the top in pepper and also add hot chilli powder and mixed herbs. Unfortunatley, they do sink to the bottom, so you have to keep stirring! I love the soups! Especially the leek and the chicken...keep going! Alos, you manual...

    You should try to have them all, otherwise you are not getting all the goodness you need, and you will be on next to zero calories! Only one shake? 145 cals? you cant survive on that! Maybe try only making a bit at a time? that way you are spreading them out a bit more? Im on day 3 and been ok...
