made my own tortilla this evening wit some spinach, a bit of goat's cheese and some turkey cubes - I used the frozen potatoes and onions, I inderstand they will be synned because of the oil but so so easy to make and customize, it'll be hard to go back to the shop-bought ones!

Went home for Christmas and made sure to take my Slimming World pack back to Spain with me :) feeling very optimistic! Trying to use up all I have for now before going and doing the big shop...even if I had a decent loss before my birthday (the 19th - which I'll probably be working for anyway!)...

Landed back in Spain on Saturday night, took my slimming world pack with me and I'm 100% focussed :) lets do this!

I usually find it from on here and finding ideas for yummy recipes online, at work its hard when everyone else gets a pizza or kebab after work and I'm there with my pint of diet coke and a mug shot but I know it'll be worth it when I have a 'skinny' day :)

I got fat free Consum ones instead of Bifidus today out of curiosity, blue pots - big mistake!! They're nasty :( down 2kg though which I'm very happy about!

Salad bowls reduced in Alcampo - the bags with names on them like Cardio, etc. lots of 3x2 on offer too!
