    bread and bagels

    I'm trying to cut out bread as it's high in points and it isn't good for the belly as it sits on your belly. Well done for the weight loss that is a big loss. I know I am cutting out on the bread!

    Tough Day!

    Thanks girls. Wow that is really good to say your surrounded by them every day I'd be so tempted! To be honest don't know why we love them so much there gone in a minute and they don't touch the sides! I think I don't want to be fat everytime I'm faced with that decision and it's working! x

    Tough Day!

    Glad my day at work is over with! Brought all my food in next thing I know they are giving out free cookie and cake. This is one of my weaknesses but i didn't give in I refused to have some and now I'm feeling good about it. Today dragged and now I am waiting for my gammon with low fat roast...
