    Starvin'

    It does get easier. I just finished week 3 and I never feel real hunger anymore. I do sometimes think I feel hungry but it's a psychological thing so I just have to distract myself. I really like cooking stuff for the rest of the family - I love smelling food.

    What will you be doing with your fat clothes ?

    I'm planning on selling mine on ebay if they're in good enough condition. Quite a few items will just be going in recycling as I've been putting off buying anything new until I lose weight.

    9 stone to lose!

    I had over 7 stone to lose too when I started. I've broken my target down into smaller chunks to make it seem less daunting so I'll adjust my ticker as I achieve each goal.

    ADVICE RE THE DIET

    I came over from CD too. I didn't like the CD soups so I opted to buy a bumper pack of shakes only and then bought a box of bars to go with it. I really like all the shakes and bars so next time I order I'm going to get a few soups as well and try those. It does cost a bit more but it's better...

    I'm an online member too. I like the recipes and being able to get the syns online is very useful. I also like having the online food diary to fill in.

    splitting HEa

    I checked this on the FAQ on bodyoptimise and it says it is fine to split Hex and have 1/2 of each as long as it is a single item Hex and not something mixed like 1 weetabix and 1 scan bran.

    HEB Cereals

    I either have porridge (28g) or Special K Sustain (28g). I find I'm less hungry during the morning if I have the porridge and I have to be really careful only to have 28g of Special K as it is very moreish.
