Chicken or fish doesn't have to be bland you can add some of the seasonings and coating schwartz does like the spicy etc... Make sure there is no sugar,citric acid or and citrus peel in them. On schwartz website there is a page with the shakers and all the nutritional info about them ...

It's soya mince and a type of mash substitue, it is already mixed together in the pack so when you add water etc it is mixed up.

I hate normal dr pepper as well can't stand the taste, but funny i like zero especially when it's on offer as well lol, i havent had much coke zero as i prefer the flavour from the dr pepper. I tend to have it with my dinner or if i am hungry during the day helps curb it. So far no cravings...

Yea i love my nightly glasses of it, the flavour help with ketosis mouth.

My OH bought the ketostix from either Manor pharmacy or Boots, they asked him what he wanted them for lmao he said to check his wee for ketosis.......they said what for.....he said for a special diet....they just looked at him blank hehe :) Be warned once you get them, you will be pee checking...

Make it up with about 160ml of water it will still be thick see if you like it first before you do anything, it has quite a herby taste like sage and onion stuffing but it is gorgeous, i add a splash of soya sauce or bouillon but i also like it as it comes.

Rob assured me you can have 150ml of skimmed milk per day , and this is what we have, but some days we don't use our allowance due to the water consumption. Hope that helps you :)
