    Hello everyone, hope you are all well! Me and hubby are away for a fe wnights at a friends wedding, and staying in a hotel. I'm after some ideas regarding what sort of food would be suitable to take with us in the hotel, so that we can avoid the big cooked breakfasts etc they serve there!!

    How can they say that it is a worse diet to do than the alcorexia one!!!! I am down 20lbs now afetr 7 weeks on Dukan and I have never felt better, I don't feel deprived and I know I can do this!!

    I have been drinking between 2 and 2.5 litres of water each day, but was wondering whether or not we could have sugar free squash on the plan to make a change? I normally drink pints and pints of fizzy drinks but have steered clear of them so far!!!
