    Hi all, i havnt been weighed for a while (no scales at home) am due to be weighed by nurse on 5th march. BUT ....... bought a new pair of jeans today in a size 16 !!!!!!!! havnt been able to fit in 16 jeans for years!!! WOOHOO

    Oh poor you, dont give up hun! I managed to lose just over a stone to get to 14.4, but cant afford to go to group anymore so am trying to go it alone .... gonna be soooo hard but determined to keep on!!!

    Aww Lou, Having both is a b**** !!! but chin up, you can do it!!! I had horrendous week last week, put 1 on, but stuck with it and lost 3 this week! :) It will take us longer, but i dont care as long as its going! Take care and keep in touch Dee x

    Had stew on sunday evening, i worked it out at 18 points, including dumplings (no potatoes), but that was a BIG portion as i had no lunch that day, was very yummy!!!

    I make a delish steak and kidney in slow cooker - in the morning i brown chunks of steak and kidney, throw in slow cooker with a carton of passata, a beef oxo cube, no water necessary, add some softened onions, (before starting ww i used to add pearl barley and split lentils,) then leave to cook...

    well we can both try! i was a consistant size 14 about six years ago then had a total thyroidectomy, since then my weight has gradually gone up and up! have tried various ways to lose weight myself to no avail...... lets hope this does the trick!!!

    hi, these pizzas are scrummy! make mine with tomato puree, red onion, ham and mozarella, bake in oven til cheese bubbling. sooo nice even my 17 yr old son loves them!!!
