    might try the options hot choc, with rich tea biccies, part of my problem is I've recently stopped smoking and before the diet I subbed the cigs with biscuits, instead of a fag and a cuppa it was a kit kat and a cuppa, now its just a cuppa and its boring! lol

    Hi, I'm looking for some help/insperation, I'm 2 months in and the novelty is wearing off and the cravings are kicking in! I seem to have a good week then an average week then a good week and so on... It sounds good but its getting me down is this normal?

    Hi, I'm Richard, I've been doing sw for about 2 months now and lost 1.5 stone, another 2 stone to go! I could do with some snack advice as my good start is slipping, starting a new job on Monday doing lates, any shift workers out there with snack advice, cheers!
