I lost 2lbs this week, so only 1lb to go until I reach my 2st award! :D I was also nominated for Miss Slinky... I didn't win, but I got a lovely rose for being a nominee :) and I won a raffle prize, so it's been a good week for me hehe. Congrats on the losses ladies and good luck to everyone...

I LOVE Halloween also, it's my favourite holiday ^_^ This year I didn't get a costume together in time, so just did typical zombie make-up and some make-up on my boyfriend :)

Well done on the losses ladies and for those that didn't lose just don't let it dishearten you :) I lost 2.5lbs this week, which brings my total loss to 1st9lbs so I got my 1 and a half stone award :D I thought I'd have lost more, but oh well, it's still a loss!

That is such a good film and I agree that Juliette Lewis is awesome. I watched Burke and Hare the other night, pretty funny and I love Simon Pegg! The last film I watched at the cinema was Conan <3

True Blood! <3 This is the best tv series since Buffy imo, though I do love Supernatural too :) I was watching Season 4 at US pace also, I loved the series but the finale lacked quite a bit imo. Eric <3

Probably something simple like syn-free burgers with lettuce and cheese (HEXA). Not sure about dessert yet.

Good luck and welcome back to SW hun, it really is the best diet plan out there in my opinion.

That's a lot of syns! You'll just have to be good for some of the other days :p I personally have subway roughly once a week - I make sure I save up my HEXA and HEXB for the cheese and bread and you can pick a syn-free mix of things such as grilled chicken, ham, turkey etc.

Personally I use my syns mainly on drinking at the weekend with my friends and then after weigh-in each week mum and I go for a meal to celebrate our losses. I couldn't live without the flexible syns strategy!

I started playing in 2007, but I haven't played much recently at all. I have various characters on The Venture Co server - my main being Valiah, a level 85 Undead Rogue. I don't raid or worry that much about gear - I'm more in to collecting pets, achievements and five-man runs occasionally hehe ^_^

Why not have a flexible syn day so you can celebrate? You can just make sure you try and have little to no syns on the other days. I have one flexible syn day a week where I eat my old favourites and I still lose weight :)
