    20lbs in 6 weeks

Body clock adjustment takes no time at all. I have a (free)sleep app on my phone that wakes me after optimum sleep even if this is before the alarm, it may be worth looking into if you have a smartphone. It has helped me a great deal. Recently I went to bed at 2 and still woke at 6 without the...

Blimp to Bombshell: RawrGirl's Weight Loss Diary

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference. I know this from my ex's AA affiliation but it is relevant to everybody 'You ain't never gonna get the love you never had' Many people struggle with this...

    Dilemma

Thank you for your opinion. I'm on the Exante website now having put 10 vanilla shakes into the basket and the total being £23.80. I'm even more confused with what route to take. 35lbs is a lot of weight to lose. I'm unsure as I've never tried one before. I have read on this site the weight...

    Dilemma

At 135lbs do I join the pool for £20/yr plus £2.50 each time I use it? Or do I start a 2 week VLCD for £73.99(as quoted by Slim and Save) then join the pool after the 2 weeks? I barely survive on £60 a week I think that's important to add. :(
