    Had syn-free 'fajitas'.... quorn chicken pieces, onions, pepper, garlic, mixed with a can of mixed bean salad, all cooked, added fajita spice and served with rice & natural yogurt (No cheese, sour cream or tortilla which i used to have, just as lovely!)

    Have you tried looking at your local market? I got 2 large punnets of strawberries for £1 at the market recently, so a saving of £4 from buying them at ASDA. Hope that helps!
