I'm proud of myself today because even though I am poorly, I'm being able to choose good foods! Been on plan 100% 2 out of 3 days now and still going strong!

Yes just one HEx A and B per day!
Normal Cheddar on EE is 30g (45g if reduced fat cheese) and 2 slices if ee thick wholemeal from a 400g loaf
Remember 1/3 of your plate needs to be full of superfree foods (pg 10 - 13 in book)

you are advised that you should eat them as they will give you the best balanced diet you can get. you don't have to have them but you really should try and put them into your daily routine to make sure you have the best weight loss!!

yeah your area manager will let you know what days are free to do in or around your area!! For example there are several groups in my area but none on a tuesday so I will be opening mine on tuesdays! xx

pink n whites are 2.5 each and really help with a sewwt tooth! you can put them in the micro for about 10 seconds and they are all gooey and lush! my new fave thing to have as a snack/dessert xxx

The food directory says you can have 28g of Harvest Morn fruit luxuary musli and this is great but I was wondering if you'd need to add a scan bran/wholemeal ryvita crackerbread to make it a full HExB or if just the cereal on its own was a HExB!

if you get the sugar free one it is free. I love hot vimto but as a substitute I use sugar free apple and blackcurrent juice and it tastes very yummy and is free.

I love slimming world, I did the same 2 years ago I lost 2 stone but then stopped attending group and then put it all plus more back on! I rejoined and in the last 3 months I've lost just over a stone so it really is easy to get back into!!

my faves are pink n whites 2.5 syns each or 3 syns for the ones with jam in the middle.
Also I've found if you put the normal ones in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds and they puff up and then drop in size and go gooey. They are like having toasted marshmallows! Yummy yummy yummy!! :) xxx
I've tried the vanilla and toffee ones as they are cheaper. If you typed in Aldi in brand search and then Brooklea you'll see all of the stuff they make for Aldi :) shame they are not syn free but neither are some of the mullers now so these are a good alternative I think xxx
I'm sure that the 28g is where you need to add the extra scan bran but I'm sure that if you have 42g you don't need to scan bran. In our books there are certain cereals that say '28g + scan bran OR 42g' so I've always gone for having 42g and not the scan bran as I don't like them very much...
You could use your HexB choice for soup maybe now that the colder weather is coming? There are a lot of choices in your book, it doesn't just need to be bread or cereal! Maybe you could post a rough food diary and we can have a look and see how you could fit something in :) xx

I like to have a sugar free jelly and yogurt! Make the jelly up with 1/2 pint boiling water and 1/4 pint cold water. Leave to cool for a little then whisk in a mullerlight (any flavour!) and pour into 4 moulds. They are 1/2 syn each and yummy!! :) xxx
