    Back on this and quite ashamed at the amount of weight I have put on! 9st 4lb now compared to 8st 9.5lb before I went on holidays in late September! I never did anything about the weight I gained on hols (about 5lbs) then added another few over Xmas!! Ugh anyways onwards and downwards........

    Dress size +height +weight

    5ft 2 and 8st 12.5, would generally be a 10. For jeans I'd prob buy a 12, I have a few tops and dresses which are 8s but they generally don't fit well around my bust and shoulders! Like everyone it depends on the shop! I don't think that even if I get to under 8st that I would be a perfect 8!

    I'm 5 foot 2 and 8.10 is the lowest I could get to, stayed there for weeks and weeks and never got lower. However I then ate absolute crap over Christmas and am now 9.1 and can't get lower! So it's worth sticking to it rather than putting on weight and getting stuck at a worse weight :(

    I do propoints at home and weight myself on Fridays and start my week from there. I like doing it like that because it means I get to see how many weeklies I end up using over the weekend so that I don't end up spending pointless weeklies during the week!

    7pm-9pm is the worst time for me

    It's so hard to not eat at that time, I find that if I let myself have one bit of choc or anything I just can't stop! So I now have an apple and an options hot choc made with water (1pp) and the two of them take long enough to eat that the cravings aren't as bad afterwards!!

    Cant seem to fill up.

    I think getting used to smaller portions is the worst part, but eventually you get to a point where that's all you can eat, I managed to 'shrink my stomach' before Christmas but now after having a christmas blowout where I ate everything I am constantly hungry, so annoying!

    Put on 4lbs that took me forever to lose :( oh well, hoping it is water weight and that I won't be here till March trying to relose it!! Back to work tomorrow so at least that will keep me away from all the chocolate!!

    Thanks a million, that looks good, i actually have a good cream that works well too, i'll try find it and post the name! It only happens to be when I'm in hot countries, can ruin the whole day though :( I also find wearing leggings under a skirt works well too!

    worst: definitely the chafing! Under 9 stone now but my stupid thighs still rub together, hoping that won't happen anymore by the time I go on summer hols in May! Best: getting into old clothes or things I def wouldn't have worn a year ago!

    Non-Scale Victories

    Bought my first pair of skinny jean leggings, have always hated my thighs so much but these actually look ok! :D They are also a size 8 which I never would have imagined a few months ago, although would definitely only wear with a loose top to cover the bulge!!! ha

    Breakfast & lunchideas

    For breakfast I usually eat loads of fruit, I cut it up on a plate and would usually have an apple, pear, kiwi, nectarine, grapes, strawberries and rasberries, very filling and 0 points meaning I can have a proper lunch and dinner!
