Hi I'm currently trying the green diet on sw .. And I'm completely stuffing my face with pasta potato and cous cous .. Surely I cannot loose weight by having unlimited of these? I have huge portions ... Has anyone had weight loss eating substantial amounts of these pls? Or am I setting myself...

hi there... im a bit fed up with myself... lost 2lbs in first week and ive come down with a bug and really messed my diet up with donuts, wine, crisps!! all counted up to 30od syns! :( can they be used how you like during the week as long as it doesnt exceed the 105 ? xx

hi there, im going to try a red day tomorrow. the free list states beef is free... however the burger part states beef burgers are syns - how about 100% beef burgers though? can someone help me pls? xxx:confused:
