    Well guys, I did go out. Came home with a multi-pack of chocolate, some Tesco Finest scones (one of my vices!), shortbread.. the works. Cracked into one scone but avoided the rest so far! Have put them in an out-of-sight box as a points-left-over treat... Let's hope that works!

    I've tried that. He's trying to loose weight too and uses calorie counting (and constantly slates WW against it!) and then "stores" calories to use on his "cheat days" - Trying to make him see sense just isn't happening!

    I use this - Fits in perfectly with the UK plan and bar code scanning is good but not flawless - I'd say it picks up about 50% of food - But if it doesn't pick it up, you can add it and it'll pick it up next time. Can also store favourite foods to get to them easily.
