    This is my moment!

That's not a wobble! A wobble would have been eating the egg :) Well done on your progress so far - amazing!

Not my first time at the rodeo - Juno rides again!

It's morning! I made it! Albeit with a 4am trip to the loo to neck some more paracetemol. I've never had the carb comedown so bad, but it's probably a reflection on how **** my diet had become in the past few weeks.

Not my first time at the rodeo - Juno rides again!

Thanks B & B! First day just about over and it feels.....okay! I had the spicy spaghetti, dark chocolate and coconut bar, mac and cheese and the chilli. All perfectly edible - I roasted swede, courgette and broccolli with the chilli, with lots of paprika and cayenne. Very headachey but thats...

Not my first time at the rodeo - Juno rides again!

Hello campers! It's my first day on S & S - and I have that ridiculously motivated feeling that comes with being wet behind the ears and not *actually* remembering the last time(s) I tried this. HOWEVER I will do it this week. No if's and buts. About me - I've LL'd before, around 5 years ago...

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

Thanking you! I am slightly concerned at how happy I am that I LOVE the thai soup. Another weird boost convincing myself to stay on it...

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

Tubby I don't even like normal coke :) It was purely for the excitement of the fizz (which tasted soapy?) I got through half a can and switched to water!

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

Had a sneaky check on the scales this morning - 6lbs down since TUESDAY. WTF? Celebrating with a coke zero, which isn't actually that appealing. I used to mainline diet irn bru so this is a fizzy treat of sorts. Just the boost to keep going till Tuesday methinks!

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

Halfway through day 3 - and feeling very proud of myself and polishing my halo whilst sorta polishing off the porridge. I went to a conference in the Hilton today and ignored the buffet. Unheard of, I've never met a buffet I didn't like. It's certainly flinging up the fact that most of my...

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

Thanks everyone, comments are much appreciated! Just had the bar for dinner - like chewing a moderately tasty brick. And a nice wee cup of camomile and spearmint tea. I'll tell you something, the amount of TIME I have now I'm not eating...WTF? I'm on the couch, dishes and housework done and...

    Here we go!

Good luck Bridie, I'm sure it'll grand. I'm day two and it's been fine - the headaches have passed on from day one so it's all good! Keep us posted! Jen x

Honestly... How do they all taste?

I made up the banana shake with some hot water and then blitzed it - tasted really creamy and custardy. It's not usually something I'd eat under normal circumstances but it was tasty!

Total Solution tubbynomore WILL get in the 11's...

That's amazing - I'm 5'3 too and I think I'd need to get to 11 stone before I could even glance at a 14! Well done.

It's not Glandular - Jen does Exante

I'm now on my 2nd day of Exante - I've sipped 2 litres of water, and I'm currently enjoying (sorta) a warm banana custardy thing. I thought it would be a good idea to keep a note of how I'm progressing, thoughts and feelings as well as those all important goals. So a wee introduction of...

splitting up from husband - must stay strong on diet!!

Well done on the weightloss and I really hope that you and your partner work out what is best for you both. Have to say, I disagree with Chris - we are responsible for our own actions. No-one is faultless in a relationship, but the defence of 'maybe if i'd got more attention I wouldn't have...

    It's really not Glandular - Jen's Diary.

It just gets worse.... I'm sitting at 13 stone 12.5 lbs. What is it with being engaged? I've totally got happy cow syndrome and just want to eat all my lovely feelings. Tomorrow is a new day (insert your own wee cliche here)...

    It's really not Glandular - Jen's Diary.

I'm actually laughing as I type this - due to Christmas excess and all round piggery, I am sitting squarely at 13 stone 8.5. Dragging up every cliche I can possibly muster, it seems tomorrow is a new day. Hiya Slimming World, oh how I have missed you.

    It's really not Glandular - Jen's Diary.

So I got up this morning and had a pre-weigh in poo in the hope that 3 stone would slide out and I'd have absolutely NO need to think about weight loss ever again. But, i think it's fair to say that didn't happen. My starting weight today is a whopping 13 stone 3.5 lbs. I fully intend...

Statistics - What size are you at what weight?

I'm 5 ft 3 Roughly 13 stone (dependant on last meal, time of day, number of farts doneand how the effing planets are aligned - no rhyme or reason!) Dead on a size 16 - almost universally in shops. I have decent legs, a big belly, smallish waist, massive breasticles and bingo wings...

    Getting married in May 2013?

I think I've went the opposite way - since I got engaged I've been eating all and everything around me. I have a very strong suspicion my fiance is a feeder. Bless him, I know it looks like the way to my heart is via Freddo's but it's really not. That would be cheese. :)

    It's really not Glandular - Jen's Diary.

It's 1.49am and I've reached that point. You know the point where you can't really face anymore junk and your body is just screaming out for some vegetables? Tonight I've decided to screw the nut. Not the fruit and nut, but the NUT. My diety style pledges (a whole month before the 1st coz I...

Finally set a wedding date but need some advice...

Lots can change between now and the time you send invites out, so I'd hang fire with telling people they aren't invited. It may cause drama straight away - when you could put it off until nearer the time. But, echoing what others have said - it's up to you who you invite and I'd be inclined...

    Getting married in May 2013?

We don't have a definite date, but it will be sometime in May 2013. I want to lose...well, I don't really know - I can't ever remember being anything other than this weight so even 11 stone would be a novelty! But realistically, I'd like to go for 9'7 - 10 stone so thats a whopping 4 stone to...
