Here's my plan for Day one:-
B... 2 weetabix(heb), milk (hea), banana and 2 plums.
L... ham and egg salad. ( lettuce, cherry tom, cucumber, peppers and spring onion). Pear and apple.
D...quorn and baked bean lasagne (cheese hea) (sf mushrooms, peppers, onion and chopped toms) with sprouts Swede...
