    SW Challenge - 5 ingredients or less!

    I'd recommend a recipe I seen on here... Chicken breast - raw Chopped tomatoes Mixed peppers Mushrooms Fajita mix Simply mix ingredients apart from chicken and pour over the chicken in a casserole dish and bake in oven for 20-25 mins. It's so easy and tasty and just 1 syn. S

    I do have a slow cooker but as I leave at 8am it is on for 12 hours and even on low it just turns food to mush in that time. I'm looking for some recipes if anyone has them, I've always been a fish/meat and veg girl, never really made casseroles before. Got any faces? S
