    first day today - advise needed please

    Newbie question!

    Hi I'm Catherine and I just started Cambridge yesterday. Have lots of weight to lose - about 150lbs, but am really determined to do it. However I have a hit a problem.....I just don't seem to like any of the soups at all (they make me feel quite nausous!) and I'm not a big fan of the shakes...
