    Where is everyone?

Used to browse here a lot a few years ago. Well, I'm back - but it seems awfully quiet around here! Used to be very lively and active. Have people moved to a new forum platform? A new eating regime? Or is everyone at their target?

Syn Help Needed - New Oomph! Range..

They are higher fat than Quorn pieces and lower fibre. If they need to be syn'd (and I don't know if that is the case) they would be 6.5 per 100g based on the "20 kcal" rule. Do they taste nice?

    Fibre One Bars

In the US they do a bran breakfast cereal called Fiber One which is yummy. It's very high fibre, low fat, and no sugar (unlike All Bran, Crunchy Bran). Has sucralose (which I know some people will avoid). I wish they would release it here - sure it must be a HexB. Let's lobby them...

Extra Easy Can you overdose on rice?

Yes you can reheat rice. But you should cool it quickly (1 hour) and store in fridge until reheated thoroughly. Well that's the official advice (search NHS choices for the gory details), but I often reheat rice or eat it cold and have never suffered. If you have access to a microwave what...

    Can pickled onions go bad?!

    Extra Easy Tinned tomatoes (chopped)
