    Huge Congrats Frumpy Mummy! I'm feeling a tiny bit better today, weighed on my own scales this morning and I seem to be a few lbs down, probably because I was sweating so much! I prob won't make it back to WW til after Christmas now so hoping not to undo all my good work too.

    Well I was hoping I wouldn't but it's hard when you're away from home because you're eating out all the time... difficult to go For the healthy option every time. Hotel buffet breakfasts are very hard to resist!

    Sorry to hear that Frumpy but you can get back on track now. Sometimes I find going back to basics is the best way to give yourself another kickstart. Try making a big batch of soup and throw out any junk that's lurking about in your cupboards! Commit to doing half an hours exercise a day too...

    We don't have Warburtons in Ireland but looked elsewhere on the forums and apparently these are similar to Swedish thin breads which are available in Dunnes Stores and frozen in Ikea. So I'll be off there tomorrow to try to find some :) Love pizza.. Mouth watering already!
