I'm hungry, I'm on my second hot veg water flavouring already, I'm sure it says in the Cambridge diet booklet you can only have one a day. Will this hinder my weight loss?
It's my first day done, not as bad as I thought. I have a bmi of 33, need to shed around 3 stone. I'd love to wear something nice this Christmas day at my mums, instead of the usual bin bag ;)
