What if you don't get that make of tong, often I get the packet from Tesco if I cannot get to the butcher's and that is normally a load of tong ... such a shame it is not free on red as I simply love the stuff and am more than happy to chew on it all day!!

Hello out there!! I am following Slimming World, am at my heaviest ever and am in a real catch 22 situation as I want to live my life but be healthy and slimmer too!! I did SW in 2007 and lost nearly 3 stone but that has all gone back on and I would love to lose again so will need what help...
