    The chocolate I buy now is sweetened with xylitol. You can't taste it in the chocolate which is good, just dark chocolate with mint or coffee. Most other sugar free chocolate is sweetened with maltitol which is not good (on the never to be consumed list) which is a shame.

    ​I think you may have mentioned it Gem ;) I still missed my target by 1lb but at least I got that much closer to it. I shall start setting new mini goals in the new year when all the festivities and the indulgences that go with it are over :D

    It's brilliant that you are not interested in all the temptations, thats what I love so much about it. I too am going to miss my Christmas goal. I have had a lot of days out, lunches with friends, and general fattening occasions which have conspired against. I hope to just get the next lb off...
