    I have a new tactic. I make a protein shake with fruit including banana and coconut milk with protein powder. Adds up to 3 to 4 propoints and keeps me full until lunch. Saves more points for other two meals. Worth a shot?

    Be careful though I switched f and h because I was always hungry and went to the gym and it stalled my weight loss. I was treating the food list as a free food list. You still need portion control. I try to eat more fish than meat as it's better "value" and yes plan every meal don't drink...

    I think I love the psychology of it the most. If you want to boost your weigh loss you concentrate on ss and s foods and eat more of them, taking away the focus of what you should NOT be eating. Completely turns the mentality of being on a diet on its head.

    Because its the diet for greedy people and as previously said perfect for those who like to cook. I also like no weighing and measuring and so minimum writing down foods. You could get away with just writing down syns and ticking off healthy extras in your diary. Love that!

    I hear you. Lost half a pound this week so slowed down but not put on. Hey it can't hurt and I do really like the taste so long as its not overbrewed. About ten years ago I visited Japan and their green tea is delicious. The nearest I have ever found to that taste is the Teapigs range.

    Common SW misconceptions put right.

    I am butting in here but I think both cortisol and lack of sleep have a HUGE effect on weight loss. No sleep means poor food choices and more stress. My biggest SW discovery is not a recipe or zumba or gallons of water but 8-9 hours a night means success!!

    It happens don't worry. I find it had to stay on plan when I am tired. No effort to organise myself and end up craving junk. That's why I always go off track by the end of the week! Feed a cold starve a fever they say!!

    Fry an onion and garlic then some shredded savoy cabbage. Add butter beans worcester sauce balsamic vinegar and sweetner. Cook for five mins then attack it with the potato masher you might need to add sone water or stock. I have it at least once a week so yum x

    Got some salt fish soaking at the moment which I am going to poach and flake mixed with onion potato cubes peas and some spices for a yummy Portuguese dinner. Much more organised today!!

    I don't think you have to but you limit your superfree choices otherwise so you might get bored. Why not try a new veg each week? You might lose your sweet tooth in time.
