    Christmas is what you make it. and think positive you have a partner, you have warmth, and have ......... I know so many people who hate christmas because of what the whoever have made it. I enjoy just us time my OH and myself we get the nibbles we like with a bottle of wine and curl up together...

    To look at something and know it is going to fit me, To feel happier in the summer and not that everything is an effort carrying extra weight around. To stop that rubbing of the legs ( it hurts) To look sexy for me and my OH

    she decided to take one step at a time, and from small steps come major moves. it will be hard but worth it. then one day she will give the same advice to some one else that feels as low as she did.

    Hi Starlight, I am doing Slimming World 4 stone roughly. Everyone else in the class seems to lose more than I do. I don't think I am doing anything wrong, just I know it would really give me a big boost if there was a lost that was a noticeable one. ( I am normally positive just in need of a kick)
