    The amount of weight we have to lose can be overwhelming but the best way I do it is to set small targets to aim for.     exercise?

    I use the kids Wii to do zumba and Just Dance. I also have a few DVDs and use some of the exercise progs that come on those sky fitness channels. Sometimes I just dance around the living room to my MP3. Probably look a right idiot but anything that gets me moving and sweating is enough for me...

    Stayed the same this week. I am pretty sure I was 3lbs down according to my scales and then Saturday night happened. Wine, pizza, crisps :(, but it is once in a blue moon thing and it was a great night out with friends. Back on it this week, lost 1 lb in two weeks so really need toget going again.

    Hi, i have over 12 stones to lose and would like some support.

    I started weightwatchers November 2011 weighing 22st 13. I have lost 26 lbs so far and it's going ok. Short term goal is to get under 20 stone, and then take the rest a stone at a time. Found lots of inspiration on here. Good Luck on the plan.
