    You get a list of certain foods that you can eat freely until you feel satisfied and full. It's great no measuring or weighing...really easy if you're busy!! You e just got to make sure you're comfortable with your satisfaction levels.

    I don't do any exercise as of yet and ive lost 32lbs so far...it's a good idea to get into he habit of using your weeklies without feeling guilty...you can start to feel a bit restricted if you think you can't have something in particular. I use all mine every week and I always have a decent loss.

    Hi I found that app too, it's great and personally I think much better than the weight watchers one. Only downside is you can't can't between counting and filling n healthy...it's great when you out shopping tho with its handy scanner.

    Definitely doable chick, I've lost 30lb now in 11 weeks ands that with the Xmas and new year period too!     I find this too, I have a much better loss when my weeklies are used for alcohol than I do when they are used for food, i used all 49 on food one week and I think I actually put on or sts, can't remember but I know I do better when I don't eat them! Good luck anyway I'm sure you'll be fine

    Hi all Interesting reading your posts....am I right in thinking that you can do his diet anytime during the 24 hrs. Say like start it at 6pm til the following 6pm?? Also what can you drink in the fasting days??

    I've got 4 1/2 stone to lose and already lost 12.5 lbs in 3 weeks stick with it, it will come off just keep asking how much do you want it....the Leighton loss I mean... When I always ask myself that it puts me right off anything I'm craving as I too want my body back after having my kids...

    Are you sure it's configured properly and also try attaching it to your sock to it records EVERY movement sometimes on your hip it's very easy to miss....

    Hi all Joined the site today and I'm into y fourth week on weight watchers and so far lost 12.5 lbs. I'm trying to complete my profile but it keeps saying access denied? Any ideas...I'm on the iPhone app does that matter??
