I've just made a fish pie with this, plus some salmon and cod chopped up. All in a pan with onion, garlic, parsley and mixed herbs, add light philly, and some yogurt or quark, season, tip into dish, top wish mash, sprinkle on some cheese :)
I run :) Longest so far is a half marathon, but doing my first marathon in Edinburgh in May eek!

Patience! you don't gain weight overnight so can't expect to come off that quick. Have you considered introducing exercise if you haven't already? x

It is a weight loss plan, but it is not a VLCD like cambridge. Go for it, as it maintainable as a way of life! You won't gain 7lbs after a night out, instead you can compensate for having a social life. But if you went from Cambridge to say, green days, and ate big bowls of pasta for lunch and...
If you can do 10 already you'll be fine!! You shouldn't run the full distance leading up the race in your training. Runners World have some very good plans, I'm following one at the mo!

I love sweet things too! White choc spread is in Asda, they also do dark choc if you prefer. Pagen krispy rolls count as a hexb for 3, and are usually with the crackers etc, they come in a bag. I hope they are still hexb, get my new book tonight :confused:
