    Thanks guys. I'm feeling a lot better and more relaxed about it now. We have a pool at our villa so I can swim everyday and we'll be doing a lot of walking, so at least I can get some exercise. :)

    Ah brill, thank you for the great tips. I try not to eat bread anymore anyway so can do that no probs and I'll def look for a u.s eating out guide. I don't mind being bad here and there as we'll be doing a lot of walking, I just don't wanna completely go overboard.

    Sometimes it's better doing that. Like if you eat little and often as it keeps your metabolism going rather than your body holding on to food thinking it needs to store the fat. My friend (who I go to ww with) finds that if she eats all of her points she loses more than if she doesn't eat them all.

    I've found that palmers firming cocoa butter works really well if you do get any loose skin. I've been using it as I've been losing my baby weight and found it's helped. :)
