i have tried the calc for you but its hard because we dont know the gram of the portion so i have done for 300 400 and 600 and it ranges between 16.5 and 22. If i were you i would count the higher

yoyo dieter you do not alot to lose either maybe you could reassess your goal. At my slimmest i was a size 10 but 9st 7 and i so wanted to be 8st something but my body would just not budge. Maybe your body has found its ideal weight

Mine is up, my 5 year old believes that FC sends the fairies to put it up when he decides you are on the nice list. Last week he had been so good, excellent parents evening, 5m swimming, player of the week at football and a certificate for his writing. After all that how could i not put it up :)
