    Hi mama, Just be aware that these bars can give you wind etc.!! I find that if I have one every day I dont lose as much weight as I do when I have shakes only. Make sure you drink extra water as well when you have the bar. Di

    Hi All

    Thanks for the lovely welcome everyone. Been looking at all your losses and you have all done so well. I lost 4 stone 2 years ago doing CD and I have put 2 stone of that back on over the last year unfortunately but thats life and now I am determined to get back into my size 14's.

    Been lurking for a long time and thought it was time I joined in:) I have just started my 4th week of CD and so far I have lost 10lbs - not great but good enough for me and of course I am drinking loads of the dreaded water & weeing for Britain:eek:. Wk 1 = 6lbs Wk 2 = 3lbs Wk 3 = 1lb
