    I just checked it out for you and its right,37 each day plus 49 weeklies.I found propoints does mean a steady weight loss but I never lost more than 1lb a week,I personally switched back to old points system,but its very much an individual thing,good luck hun x

    I was taken into hospital with suspected heart attack,I told them it was just my hiatus hernia but because I weigh 14 st they were certain it was my heart ... Of course the fact I had weighed 22st but had lost weight didn't matter,anyway I was right,it was just my hernia playing up lol

    Absolutely,I go to ww with my sister and we get really upset when we stay the same,so try to shake up our menu a bit,maybe cut back on things we have most days and introduce new foods,that usually starts the weight loss off again.I found rice cake and low fat pate held my weight loss up :-s x

    I don't know if it helps but I lose between 3 and 1 pound a week but before ww I would lose weight but gain double when I got bored.I think the weeklies have helped to make this a life change not a diet :) x

    My ww calculater says you should be on 32 pro points a day and 49 weeklies,if you haven't got any of the books or calculater you could always have a look on eBay x

    With the new pp you have pp each day and 49 to use for special occasions or spread them over the week for ex each day but don't forget every item of food has to be calculated on the new pp x x

    I have a beef and Bacon stew in one of the 'my weekly' you get at meetings,I do it on my slow cooker.I leave it cooking all day,my hubby and kids love it.any good for you,do you think? X

    I used butternut squash instead of potato,I chop it into chunks steam it then using spray oil,I roast it.its amazing! :)

    Anyone else struggle in the evening?

    I usually have a soak in the bath listening to music (try and drag it out as long as I can) and then put my pjs on and treat myself to cuppa and something sweet but small.by the time I've done that its not far off bedtime :)

    Well put on 1lb this week but I've been shopping today and bought lots of lovely healthy food and got rid of christmas rubbish :)
