Syns in Chinese Noodles ? Also confusion over HEX

The bread will be the same weight. I think it's the really small bread buns you can have. I'd weigh the buns you've got just to make sure. A full size bread bun is a round 13.5 syns. If the noodles are dried and with no seasoning/flavours on the they will be free. If they are cooked noodles...

    SW Easy? Convenient? Advice please

I love slimming world. I am very picky when it comes to food. I like Slimming World because you can adapt it to your own tastes. There is so much variety and choice, it's really fantastic. If you go to a class for the first time, there is no obligation to join and pay if you do not like the look...

    Kindle

I have a Kindle. Love it. There were a few books I wanted from Amazon a while back, but they were more expensive that the actual book! I found after a few weeks, the prices came down (they were new books), and instead of paying £6.99, I was getting them for 99p. I haven't used any other sites yet.

Joining SW again 'morrow - new book?

You won't get the book that is coming out in January, but you will get it, even if you join now, if you attend a class between Christmas and the 2nd week in January. Everyone in class will if they attend then :) Or so my consultant said. Good luck with your first class. x

    Chickpeas and Marmite

I was told that any snacks you have should be superfree, or syned. Is that right, or could you have a mugshot ,for example, as a snack on EE? I also agree about the scan bran cake. SW say that other foods are not free, but not the scan bran cake. I don't understand

    Unthoughtful people!

    Serious Christmas Challenge

Oh my gosh! I don't think I could lose, but I am adamant that I am going to STS. I don't drink, so it's only the food that is a problem for me. Mainly chocolate. Good luck to those wanting a loss over Christmas!

Dont know what to do :(

So sorry for your loss. I remember when my Granda passed away close to Christmas a few years ago. The whole family was so upset. We had Christmas as normal, but we had a small toast to him, and his seat at the head of the table was left empty for him. My thoughts are with you and your family. x

    Extra Easy portion control

I tend to fill my plate with big portions still, out of habit. But I am slowly learning that just because food is on my plate, doesn't mean it has to be eaten. I now stop eating when I am satisfied. I've noticed the food left over on my plate is getting larger all the time, if only I could stop...

    Christmas Day Nibbles

I made vegetable pakora's a few days ago. They were lovely. I'm going to make them again for Christmas. I found the recipe on the Slimming World website. SW Roasties

Like RayRay86 said, instead of par-boiling mine in a pan with water, I stick my potatoes in the microwave for about 8 minutes without water, fluff them up in the bowl, then onto a hot baking tray with fry light and salt. I'm making a roast dinner tonight, I'm going to try my roasties with the...

Anyone use chopped tomatoes in this curry recipe?

I would add the toms at the same time as the stock in step 2. I'd probably add less stock though, to make up for the liquid coming from the tomatoes :)
