im the same lottie, my fella works away during the week so weekends are usually out quality time at the pub or with a lovely indian takeaway...today has been really bad first time in 11 days i was looking for some thing to eat..i wasnt hungary....just bored out of my little brain!!!LOL

well that roast dinner seems so more appealing now..just attempted the chicken crisps..oh my god they were disgusting...not even the spice rack would make them any better!!!!think ill stick to my chocolate shake!!!LOL

i did exactly the same..i suffer with headaches anyway and didnt want them to be constant..so i took painkillers as sson as i got up and prevented one from starting!!!!

my first day on L.T i took my nephew to pizza hut and had coffe whilst he tucked into pizza..i knew then i was determined to do it!!!just keep looking at my thin pictures...and cant wait to be in those clothes again!!! LOL

wow that dinner sounds so nice....the last meal i had before i started L.T was a steak and a beer at wetherspoons!!!! wish id had a roast now...LOL

my pharmacist told me they are higher in calories..and advised not to go on so early...does anyone agree with that..i ust need to chew something..im not at all hungary but need to chew!!!! LOL

with u on that one....i read nearly 4 chapers of my book last night whilst on the toilet...going to start taking a radio in with me too!!! plan to start fibre clear tuesday when i go for my weigh in.....hopefully that make move things along!!!!!lol

sunday roast sounds so lovely....im just about to attempt to make chicken crisps..coz i cant eat the soup..best way to describe it is as chicken giblet soup...(not that ive tried it) LOL....

igot my listerine strips from a co-op..or maybe like a corner shop,i think they may be slowly fazing them out, coz not many places do them! just about to attempt to make some chicken crisps...coz the soup is poo!!!!

well i aim to loose 5stone...im going to ee how much i lose in 3 months on L.T then if the finances let me i may stay on it a little bit longer..if not i plan to join slimming world,or something like that...coz then even though u r the one in control of what u eat..u still have people there to...

I actually feel better if i can see the food....iv been cooking spag bol and all sorts for my fella,just coz i still need to cook and be creative..the other night i even bought hima nice big fat kebab..and i sat there and drank a pint of water...the smell is so nice...but its like when u stop...

M&S are really good bra'si had been wearing a 38 dd and it was ok and comfortable,,went to get measured and i needed 40 G shock horor....i couldnt see my feet! LOL but im on my 11th day on L.T and im now wearing 40 E..good good...but my boyfriend doesnt think so....poor guy doesnt want me to...

im only on my 11th day and my pharmacist has advised me against the flap jack...becoz im only in the early stages...im feeling really good and not at all hungary,,but all i do crave is to chew....when do u think would be the right time to start on the flapjacks????

try getting listerine strips at a lloyds pharmacy..(if u have one) or like a co-op or late shop..i found some and bought 10 packs..coz i have looked everywhere!!! now i have minty fresh breath all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think il stick to that idea to...less complicated ah!!!! :D
