    Quiche recipes?

    i made a winter warmer quiche. fry some onions in some frylight, add some green chillies, garam masala or curry powder. add cooked lean bacon and tuna and eggs and cottage cheese. lovely with salad or sw chips.

    Well guess what - i did it - joined a group. was actually heavier than i thought 14st 9 1/2 lbs. second week yesterday and started to like it. lost 5lbs :)
