Just made these chicken strips YUMMY!! My daughter loved them and told me I was a clever Mummy lol We had them with potato wedges. Hubby loved them too :0)

28-5-12 Breakfast- magic porridge & strawberries. Lunch- Pasta salad with ham and fry light salad dressing. Dinner- chicken breast, new potatoes, salad & mushrooms Snacks/treats- banana. 4 rich tea fingers & a 30g pot of choc Philly 8.5 syns Not bad for my First day. And I was not hungry...
