    I know once I got let lose on the high fat treat after the first two weeks kick start it was better and worse. Better because I must have a treat but worse because difficult to stick to just one. Had some Walkers salt and vinegar stars today and they were only 99 cals and 8% fat.

    I've read this thread with interest as I have a tendency to hoard and it is one of the things that is getting me down. One massive problem I find when trying to de-clutter is concentrating on one task and not becoming distracted thus achieving nothing in a big amount of time!

    Hi Kazbryn You look really dedicated as your menus are following the RC rules. My only suggestion to you would be to definitely have your whole 1200 calories to help your metabolism not to go on strike. I am the other way I'm afraid i always try to sneak over the calorie allowance :ashamed0005:
