    I really do think its down to the individual and what works for you. I personally find calorie counting + exercise the best for me (now that apps have been invented to count calories for you!) as I'm rubbish at sticking to regimes, however other people like something a bit more structured...

    Exercises to strengthen my knee?

    Hi Caroline, I get dodgy knees too which feel a bit uncomfortable and swell up.. I tend to stay away from high impact exercise like running and aerobics when it hurts and stick to lower impact like biking or fast walking. Also make sure you never stand with your knees locked (like I always do!)...

    Totally know the feeling rachel! I had pneumonia as a kid and have had chest issues every winter since! Maybe try doing some strength exercises like squats and situps rather than cardio as this wouldn't get you out of breath and you can stay indoors! x

    I sometimes eat mine back and sometimes don't depending on how hungry I'm feeling! You should still be on track with weight loss if you eat them back though :) xx

    I always think I'm starving if I'm really bored so I try to go and do something else instead like phone a friend or nip out for a walk to buy a magazine :) Failing that I have a diet coke hoping the bubbles will fill me up! We all have bad days though.. x

    You're totally right- lifes far too short to be feeling guilty about food. I find that when I stop following fad diets and just eat healthily the weight comes off far more easily. I'm hoping thats the case this time around! Good luck! Ally x
