    Personally I don't do any exercise at all. To be honest I'm a bit of a lazy bugger :( But as from next week, Monday 1st July, I've decided to set up an exercise plan starting with walking and using a stationary bike, and then slowly adding some mild weight training.

    Thanks Teapot :) Not so good this week though; only one pound lost :eek: Think the medication I've been put on over the last ten days has somehow interfered with the diet; will have to go back and have a word with my Doctor. But one pound lost is better than one pound gained :D

    Struggling on 100%

    Well there is no point in it if you go out for a meal. I notice you say that you had to go out; but the thing is you didn't, you chose to go out and eat. There is a real need to commit yourself to the diet or it just will not work. It's better not to start if there are any 'events' planned that...

    At first I couldn't get away from the toilet, the shakes would pretty much go through me. But then realised I was making them too watery; once I made the shakes to the correct thickness, everything righted itself :)

    Not heard of anything like that. You may have an intolerance to something in the shakes, check with your Pharmacist to be on the safe side :)

    Personally I would err on the side of caution and not deviate from the Lipotrim products. Check the ingredients for sugars etc. that could have an adverse affect on your diet. Sorry I can't be any more help :(

    Can't believe people actually like Coke Zero. I've never taken to any of the diet/zero type fizzy drinks. Mind you, that could be part of the reason why I ballooned up to twenty three and a half stone :o :sigh: Would definitely advise staying away from any drinks that are not recommended...
