    Starting again and gaining weight - help!

    Normally your body runs on a 3week cycle so don't be disheartened stick at it and track and the results will soon show. Also I find if I go back to exercising after a while I ALWAYS put weight on. Drink lost of water and keep at it x

    I was the same I didn't produce enough milk and ended up bottle feeding, and put on 3stone after having her. I'm now at my post pregnancy weight. No point in being annoyed whats done is done x

    If your only minus 10weeklies then that's no problem. That's what there there for. Try filling up on free foods, it helps if you bulk out all meals with fruit, veg or salad. And if you can't resist the treats then either have them in moderation or don't buy them in. We have all been there so...

    For my 'healthy bmi' I should be between 8 and 11stone. I will never weigh 8 stone!! If you speak to your leader you can discuss a Target goal weight which you can reach.

    An induction is just to show you round and show you what the machines do. I'd advise a trainer though, they show you what to do and push you to do more each time. I've had one twice a week for half hour each time and I'm loving it, I never would have done so much I'd it wasnt for him. X

    I found myself eating for the sake of having points and the loss wasn't as great as it was when I was eating to feel satisfied. As long as your eating 3 meals a day and having fruit and water don't worry about filling your allowance. Eat until you feel comfortable. Xx

    no i always start them but end up doing them in a journal, i find them so easy and i take it everywhere with me. i eat alot of pasta with egg or ham and cheese, jacket potatoes, salad with ham wraps, or meat and a load of veg. lots of water and fruit x
