Although my eating has been attrocious this week, fish supper last night for no reason at all! Hoping I can pull it back before weigh in on Monday morning, 1lb off would be great :D
Last night was Scottish Slimmers Venison Sausages (1.5syn as had 3!) massive salad with 2 tbsp 70% lighter salad cream (2), baked tattie with 1 tsp Tesco butter me up light (1), 1 Lidl tenrary light cheese triangle (can't find syns for these going to say 1) & spaghetti. It sure filled me up!
Haha yes well last week I went to class to get weighed, but decided I'm doing it from home now, can't really afford the weekly fee at the moment.
So from now on it will be a nakey weigh 1st thing on Monday mornings!
I lost 4.5lbs this week :) So chuffed, although last week I weighed at 5pm with clothes on and today I went first thing with none on. But this is how i'll be weighing going forward. x

Going to have beef cooked in Old El Paso fajita spice tonight (counting 3 syns for half a packet) served with either singing swede & salad or rice & sald, will see how hungry I feel.
I had made up a roll which I just ate, fail! It's so hard trying to get back into a routine after a holiday.

Can anyone help with syns for the above please? I've started shopping at lidl as my bills were far too expensive elsewhere. Only problem I can't find syns for anything. I've gone by hoping it is just the same syns at the branded version.

Well I ended up totally off plan yesterday, but weigh in isn't untill Wed so lots of time to pull it back. Having home made veg soup and lots of fruit for lunch.
I have homemade veg soup but i' ve had it all week since sat and don't really fancy it today, might nip to asda but i've got a feeling i might pick up something bad :S
