    Two questions...hunger and BMI

I see, thanks. So if my BMI is less than 26 would I still be able to do a higher level of CD rather than SS?

    Two questions...hunger and BMI

Thanks :) I think I'll actually drown with the amount of water I'll have to drink to keep hunger at bay! I'm one of those ppl who gets hungry regularly.

    Two questions...hunger and BMI

I always seem to come on here and ask annoying questions that you're all probably sick to death of answering, sorry! Just got a quick question about hunger. I HATE feeling hungry (hence why i need to loose weight!) and I'm a bit worried about this when I start CD. Are you constantly hungry...

    Cost of CD?

Thanks so much, that's really helpful :) From what I've been reading it seems the Tetras are the nicest (and I have a sweet tooth anyway!) so I guess £40 for a week of them is acceptable.

    Cost of CD?

Thanks for the advice. There is one other counsellor around my area, though I'm still waiting to hear back from her. I'll probably do a bit more research and then just go with the £40 p/w if I can't find cheaper.

    Weight loss advice needed...

Yeah, that's a really valid point. I just don't think I'll reach my goal of losing a stone in 2 months if I just try to eat healthier. For me that's like having one slice of cake instead of two! I'm pretty rubbish with will power and all that stuff. :(

    Weight loss advice needed...

Thanks for the advice. I think I might try SS for a month and see how I get on. I know it'll be hellish, but if I know it's only for a month and realise that it's a means to an end then I should be ok...i hope!
