    Wow that is a great calorie burn! I just did 35 minutes on the Wii Fit which was 167 calories burnt, you have put me to shame lol. I'm going to do the Zumba game later too. Can't believe the Dominoes dips!!!! I love putting loads of sauce on my plate, I will defo think twice in the future now! Xx

    I'm calorie counting using my fitness pal but also sticking to Rosemary Conley rule of nothing over 5% fat! I was considering doing couch to 5k myself but I'm so unfit I think if I just start with running ill probably do myself an injury! So doing Wii Fit until I get my fitness levels up a bit! Xx
