    What Software do people use to help

    I use myfitnesspal, it calculates your goal calorie intake for free and they have an android/iphone app too. I've been finding it really helpful, I've never stuck this well to a diet before until I got it :)

    How much does drinking water actually help?

    i was craving chips really badly the other night, so I drank a pint of water really fast and I didn't want food anymore. :) Also, in general, water helps you feel better.     If I remember my bio a-level right the small intestines absorb most of the nutrients from food as well as water. Also, I think it is possible to drink TOO much water. 4 litres a day sounds like a lot!

    Quorn Mince? Advice please

    quorn mince is gorgeous, I love regular meat mince but as a low-fat alternative the quorn mince does the job! The texture is a little different but it tastes similar. Mixed in with all the other stuff in chilli or bolognese though, I've found it's hard to even notice a difference. Hope this helps x
